You Get What You Tolerate

You can train yourself to be happy.
You can train yourself to be strong.
You can train yourself to be depressed.
You can train yourself to be sad.

How? What is your motive? Have you found something bigger to serve than yourself?

I remember the day I flipped the switch from feeling sorry for myself and started training my brain to be passionate and happy. It all started when my sister gave me a birthday gift that forever changed the course of my life.

I did not read books, at the time, and thought “Did you seriously buy me a book for my birthday?” I remember thinking”This better be good.” And it was! My brain was on fire as I started to WAKE UP. It was as if a fog had been lifted. The book was A New Earth.

I believe everything Tony says in the video. He speaks the truth! Watching this video really brought me back to the changes I started making in my life after reading that amazing gift. I’ve since learned how to flip the switch on negative emotions fairly quickly. I don’t let very many things get me down these days.

I don’t tolerate a lot of BS and I’m okay with removing negative forces from my life. I encourage you to take control and no longer tolerate what brings you down!
