Turbo Kick Black Out Workout

Come get hooked on the Turbo high! I’m in love with this workout. It’s what you might call a “soul mate” workout. When I do cardio I need loud music with a heavy beat. With cardio kickboxing and body-sculpting moves to the hottest music mixes, you’ll definitely get lean and toned—and have a blast doing it! Turbo Kick is high intensity, fast-paced, and totally addicting!

When I teach a Turbo Kick class we typically stick to the same music and moves for 6-8 weeks. This allows the class to master the “round.” We will be wrapping up Round 68 on Tuesday December 29th! Turbo Tuesdays are the best. Class starts at 7:30pm all you need if a sweat towel, water bottle, and clothes that you can move, twist, and jump comfortably in. Modifications are offered for all fitness levels. No jumping, high impact moves, or experience required. Save your spot now!

It’s “BLACK OUT” night… and although I don’t expect anyone to physically black out… I anticipate everyone WEARING black and lighting up the night with ENERGY! Bring a few bucks cash. We will have glow lights for purchase before class.

We’re about to have a funeral for our fat and say GOODBYE to Round 68!
