Lentil Lime Salad Recipe

UR-lentil[1]Lentil Lime Salad Recipe: This recipes comes from the Ultimate Reset Cookbook which I LOVE! The Ultimate Reset is a 21 Day detox and well…. RESET!  This recipe stuck around long after I finished the reset.

1 cup of cooked green lentils
1 medium carrot, shredded
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
1-1/2 tsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp Bragga liquid Aminos
Himalayan Salt
1/4 tsp ground cumin (to taste, optional)

Cook the lentils according to package.
While lentils are cooking combine carrot, cilantro, oil, lime juice, Bragg Liquid Aminos, salt, cumin, and in a bowl; toss gently to blend.
Add cooked lentils then cover and marinate in fridge for 2 hours before serving.
