My friend Dsouth is doing another Diet Bet in October and I’m all over it. You can join us too! I lost 6lbs with the accountability of this challenge. I was just shy of my goal to partake in the winnings but I’m pushing forward and going all in this go round! I’m loving this app! 

The Four Agreements

I was so happy to see that this book was on my mandatory reading list for my yoga training. I have The Four Agreements posted on my mirror in my bathroom. I love this book!
