I had awesome results with The Beachbody 21 Day Ultimate Reset! I lost 10 lbs and changed foundational habits to help me move forward in living the healthiest life I possibly can!
I went into the challenge with the goal to lose 10lbs and become more efficient in the kitchen. Those goals were definitely attained. Here is my final review of the Beachbody Ultimate Reset!
I definitely missed a few things including my daily shake. Luckily I was able to have Vegan Shakeology. I opted for fruit smoothies most mornings. It was difficult not being able to eat what I wanted when I wanted but I guess that’s sorta the point. The food was FANTASTIC! Following the plan helped me to become more disciplined in my choices. I did miss working out for the most part. I definitely missed dancing! I did enjoy the break though!
The absolute hardest part, for me, was feeding five people pretty much all something different. Our time scheduling was totally whack as a family with new career transitions and kids being out for Summer. I juggled who at what when all while trying to stick to my program! My family ate a few of the meals but not everything. If you’re single or doing the Reset with your spouse… it will make things much easier!
