Dance Workout: Panda

We had an awesome group hang out after class to help film Panda. We had five minutes to get it done which means ONE TAKE! Perfect? No. Fun? Hell yes!

One of the main reasons I love group fitness is because you do not need to be perfect to participate. You’re going to trip up, screw up, and possibly step on someone. It’s all good! I’m so proud of these ladies for dancing through the doubt and having a good time with me!
