My March Misfits program is designed to help you kick ass in all areas of your life! We start with the foundation of food and fitness. I provide you with the workouts, meal plan, and daily accountability. We incorporate intermittent fasting with carb cycling and fat burning workouts to get results! This is hands down, the most effective program you will ever complete. I was stuck in a plateau for well over a year. I broke through after only six weeks of carb cycling and intermittent fasting.
You’ll be feeling awesome after only a week or two on my program. My mission is to help you tone up, create a sustainable healthy lifestyle, and feel great about your fitness, nutrition, and life! In addition to weight loss, my clients are reporting far better sleep, more energy, less anxiety, more control over their food choices, and mood! Each and every day we will show up together. Prep week begins March 27th and we kick off on Monday, April 3rd. During prep week you will be added to a group to learn the meal plan details, workout routines, and other important information. The online program includes a serious focus on goal setting, carb cycling, intermittent fasting, nutrition education, and 5 days per week of movement. I’ll provide recommended reading, guidance on meal prepping, day to day life balance, and how to “DO IT ALL” with peace of mind.

Here’s how it works:
- Six-week training program starting on March 27th.
- You will be given a grocery list with a list of approved foods.
- Clients will be expected to follow a workout plan that includes written workouts tailored to YOU!
- Exercises will be appropriate for all levels with modified options for beginners. The workout will include plyometrics, running drills, and pilates.
- Participants will be required to pay in advance and fill out all forms before the program begins.
- Participants will be required to log their food and do daily check-ins with me.
The program is one of the most affordable you’ll find. Pay only $25 per week, payable via cash, check, or PayPal. Invoiced in full for $150. Please message me about referral perks!
