Program pre-launch prep weekend begins Thursday February 15th
Program begins Monday February 19th and ends Sunday March 11th
This program is for those who need more consistency. For women who work well with and can stay accountable to a coach/trainer, has a good grasp of clean eating and knows what they should be doing but perhaps needs a little push to stick with it. You workout regularly but need a little more flexibility, balance, and core strength in your life.
I put a lot of energy and attention into your mindset throughout this program. If we want healthy habits to STICK we need to squash limited beliefs and build the right mindset!
