Over the past few weeks I’ve been zoning in on my nutrition! Anyone else feel like they need to FOCUS?
I’ve been really zoning in on a well balanced diet. (Because I could eat from the CARB category all day every day!) Who needs greens anyway? I use the portion containers that came with my program to check myself and it is always eye opening. I typically struggle with getting enough calories in each day. I find that a lot of my clients are under eating as well.
After my 21 day #FIREDUPFIX is over on Sunday I will be heading up a 10 day focus group for a few clients who are interested in learning more about Intermittent Fasting. I’ve been practicing IF since February and truly believe in the benefits and logic. My body has responded really well and so I continue to explore the world of IF. It’s been around for a REALLY long time as you will soon learn!
For my 10 day focus group we will have a 3 day prep course and then focus on IF for 7 solid days of IF together.
